A beautiful piece of vintage and mid century furniture in a display cabinet by G Plan furniture. The cabinet consists of a super stylized cabinet with a slightly sloping front. To the top there are two glass sliding doors with a single adjustable glass shelf inside that helps to form two separate storage compartments, underneath there are a further two sliding doors with recessed handles to each end, and with a further large storage area inside. The bookcase has been expertly hand crafted by the cabinet maker G Plan and comes from there Librenza range of furniture, released in 1958 and constructed from African Tola wood and with the cabinet having the gold embossed E Gomme G Plan logo to the base. The cabinet is a fabulous piece of vintage and retro furniture with a great styling and design and a super piece of practical furniture that would look amazing in any home or environment.

Condition The cabinet is in fabulous condition made of solid wood with an African Tola wood veneer. The storage cabinet has been hand sanded back to the original wood then French polished and waxed.
