An amazing piece of vintage and mid century furniture in a four drawer chest by G Plan furniture. The cabinet consists of four hand crafted drawers with each one having superb dove tail jointing and offering excellent storage, on each drawer front there are two brass pull handles with back plates, within the top drawer there is a teak divider that helps to form two separate storage compartments. To the base the cabinet sits on a super stylized teak base with four teak legs with brass end caps and brass padded feet that are fully adjustable. The cabinet has been crafted by G Plan furniture and bears their gold embossed makers mark within the second drawer, the chest comes from there New Tola range released in 1961 and designed by Leslie Dandy. The chest is a stunning and genuine piece of vintage and mid century furniture that looks amazing with a wonderful look and styling that would suit any home or environment

Condition The chest is in superb condition made of a combination of tola and teak wood. The chest has been hand sanded back to the original wood then waxed and French polished.
