A stunning piece of vintage and mid-century furniture in a five drawer chest by G Plan furniture. The cabinet consists of five graduating hand crafted drawers with each one having superb double dovetail jointing and offering excellent storage, within the top drawer there are teak dividers that help to form three separate storage compartments. The cabinet has all it's original handles with the top two drawers having two metal handles in gold and the further three lower drawers having oak pull handles while to the base the cabinet sit's on a oak plinth base. The chest of drawers has been hand crafted by G Plan furniture and has the gold embossed E Gomme logo within the top drawer, the cabinet comes from their Chinese White range released in 1956 with each of the top two drawers originally in white but have been hand sanded back to the original oak. The cabinet is a stunning and genuine piece of vintage and mid century furniture that looks amazing with a wonderful look and styling that would suit any home or environment

Condition The chest is in superb condition made of solid wood with a oak wood veneer. The chest has been hand sanded to the original wood then waxed and French polished.
