A stunning and unique piece of vintage and mid century furniture in a coffee table by G plan furniture. The table consists of a wonderful black ebonised base with four legs and super stylized cross stretchers running in between, on each of the legs there is a gold top cap and adjustable legs again all in gold. A brand new acrylic top surface has been added to the table professionally made to measure, the acrylic is in a gorgeous shade of blue that beautifully compliments the ebonised black base of the table, underneath the original African tola wood is still visible along with the gold embossed logo of E Gomme and G plan furniture. The table is commonly known as the long John table and has been crafted by G plan furniture from there Librenza range released in 1958. The table is a fabulous and practical piece of vintage and retro furniture with a wonderful look and design and contrast of colours that would suit any home or environment.

Condition The coffee table is in superb condition fully restored and with a brand new acrylic top applied.
